My Users

This website has been set out for young and old, informed and less informed and specifically for those who are looking at sharing and gaining ideas through a platform that has been specifically started for them. I will be placing events, information on everything & anything that has to be known, discussed and finally approved of for use. Our choices determine our future, so here we discuss what is good, what is bad, what is usable, what is a waste of time & money and what is important & necessary in our lives.

Come one, come all... This is your home, as much as it is mine.

About Me

Masixole Vincent Ncusane was born, bread and buttered in Cape Town. E-Nju, that's Gugulethu to the less informed and Njunjuletoir to the much more distinguished. I am a God loving young man, who abides by the teachings embeded in our souls through the scriptures brought to us by Jesus and the great Prophets of the word of God before him, a staunch Old Apostolic Church member, a husband to Shahieda Ncusane, a father to Oyama and Lethubuhle, the son of Nomahlubi and Bulelani, a creative person who will go to great lengths at achieving his goals. I am focused, motivated and very much in-tune with what I want in LIFE. I am a poet, a writer, a wannabe singer, songwriter, a dancer, a happy person, very much content with what God hands me (but always find a way to revamp it a bit, I mean that is why God gave me a brain and the talents I have). Basically a lot could be said about me, but follow me to understand me better.

I am the CEO and owner of LeYa HOUSE OF COMPANIES including LeYa Media which offers the following services to all businesses that operate in Guguletu, Langa, Nyanga and all their surrounding areas:

* Brand development, advertising and marketing.

* Advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial and marketing transactions.

* Assisting up and coming musicians, artists and actors as well as budding producers with setting themselves up within their chosen fields.

I link people with information on what's new, what's happening and what is still to happen and why they need to revive what has been. I'm a motivational speaker, a member of CheeseKids and many other charity organisations.

MY AIM: Is to reach those who have not been reached and influence those who lack the urge to stand up and do it for themselves.

MY GOAL: Is to see Gugulethu marked as one of the most advanced and viably progressed townships not only in South Africa, but the world, a force to reckon with.

MY MISSION: Is to put Guguletu where it deserves to be, THE MAP OF GREATNESS. I want to see every toddler, young person, middle-aged folk and elderly being recognising that full potential, where their daily needs are met due to the ideas I have in mind where they will participate fully and assist in the implementation of those said ideas for Gugulethu.

MY VISION: Is of a once historically neglected township influencing other townships to recognise their potential as a people and the owners of their destinies, considering the generations to come. Mine is to make sure that these actions are viewed by the world as a whole, where we as the people of Guguletu can show and prove that anything is possible if we put our minds to it.

Why and where's LIFE & TIMES started

It all started with me growing up without knowing why Gugulethu was constructed and developed, to why Guguletu does not have a radio station and it hit me, "why not give people a free pass to my thoughts, ideas, plans and allow them to discuss them with me so we can see where they can take us as the people of Gugulethu..." and as they say the rest is history.

I always dreamt of having my own website, where I can just be me without being me, basically be a 2 in 1 sort of person who allows people from different walks of life to discuss, assist and advise me in all that I am, I plan to be and I hope achieve. This is all thanks to people who have been looking for their "knight in shining armour" and I see myself as that Saviour everyone has been waiting for.

This is for those who have paved the way, this is for those who have not only shed their sweat and tears, but their blood as well. This is for those who have stood tall amidst the pains and struggles of their journeys, this is for those who are looking at making a difference in the lives of those who find themselves lost. Those who know a smile can go a long way, but sharing can build relationsips that form roads of understanding, appreciation and acknowledging what we are & who we are, beings with talents that need to be explored.

THIS IS FOR I-GUGULETHU NABO ABO BALIPHUNCULAYO ELABO!
